Cardio Kickboxing is a high intensity cardio class. It includes 30-40 minutes of kicking and striking, in place and other fun movements that are sure to get your heartrate up and the sweat flowing! Keri has over 10 years of experience in teaching Cardio Kickboxing and is sure to give you an amazing cardio working!
